About the role
Responsibilities
- Pick and receive stock using RF scanners
- Assess and process customer returns
- Prepare, wrap, and palletise stock for return to vendors
- Collaborate with Returns and Claims Administration to ensure accurate processing
- Maintain documentation using Business Central, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Adhere to all Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations
- Current High Reach Forklift Licence (essential)
- Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience using RF scanners is highly regarded
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 6:00am and 6:00pm
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
