Reverse Logistics Deployment & Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a business expert for Reverse Logistics processes (After Sales, Sales, Recycling, RMA Center, Return Center)
• Structure and standardize international deployment models for RMA centers
• Identify, qualify, and negotiate with local logistics and service partners in countries without existing infrastructure
• Build business cases including volume forecasts, cost modeling, SLA definition, and operational design
• Lead end-to-end RMA Center opening projects, coordinating with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal teams
• Design and deliver training to local teams on SAP, Salesforce, and operational standards
• Define and monitor KPIs such as SLA, CSAT, lead time, backlog, and stock levels
• Drive IT projects to automate and improve reporting via Snowflake and Power BI
• Contribute to the complete digitalization of Reverse Logistics processes

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in international supply chain, reverse logistics, or service center deployment
• Proven experience in managing international projects (site openings, partner onboarding)
• Strong proficiency in SAP (SD/MM) with understanding of RMA and stock management flows
• Experience with Salesforce for case management is a significant asset
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI and Snowflake
• Ability to structure KPIs and present summaries to executive levels
• Knowledge of ISO standards and/or Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Fluency in English is mandatory
