Reverse Logistics Deployment & Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a business expert for Vusion's Reverse Logistics processes, including After Sales, Recycling, and RMA/Return Centers.
• Structure and standardize international deployment models for RMA centers.
• Identify, qualify, and negotiate with local logistics and service partners in international markets.
• Build comprehensive business cases involving volume forecasting, cost modeling, SLA definition, and operational design.
• Lead end-to-end RMA Center opening projects, coordinating with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal teams.
• Design and deliver training to local teams on SAP flows, Salesforce, and operational standards.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLA, CSAT, lead time, and stock levels.
• Drive IT projects to automate and improve reporting using Snowflake and Power BI.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in international supply chain, reverse logistics, or service center deployment.
• Proven track record in managing international projects, including site openings and partner onboarding.
• Strong proficiency in SAP (SD/MM) with a deep understanding of RMA and inventory management flows.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using Power BI and Snowflake (or similar data platforms).
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience with Salesforce for case management and service flows is a significant plus.
• Knowledge of ISO standards or Quality Management Systems (QMS).
