Revenue Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, from client intake to collections.
• Act as a finance business partner to advise Partners on inventory management and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Coordinate intake, billing, and collection efforts across shared service centers.
• Implement client Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines to ensure compliance and timely invoice delivery.
• Guide lawyers and in-market personnel to resolve process issues and capacity challenges.
• Support Firm and Finance leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in financial management, accounting, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive experience managing the full revenue cycle, including matter opening, billing, collections, reporting, and analytics.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in Finance Operations and/or Finance Shared Services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other productivity tools.
• Ability to resolve complex problems in a structured manner within a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to influence and consult with senior leaders regarding finance processes and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Professional Services organization.
