Revenue Operations & Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Vitally, and Netsuite
• Drive implementation and change projects such as attribution revamps and Sales-to-CS handover processes
• Own CRM hygiene including fields, validation, routing, and lifecycle stages
• Run deal governance operations, including deal desk and leadership approval flows
• Implement automation using Salesforce, Zapier, n8n, and Clay
• Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and reporting in Salesforce
• Support analysis on conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and churn trends
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to troubleshoot process gaps and improve adoption

Requirements

• 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or BizOps
• Deep technical fluency in Salesforce (platform strategy, design, and advanced automation)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Outreach, and Salesloft
• Experience with no-code automation tools like Zapier or n8n
• Strong operational rigor and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Vitally, Netsuite, or Clay/Cargo
• Strong business acumen regarding revenue outcomes
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
