About the role
Responsibilities
- Own, implement, and optimize the revenue tech stack to improve GTM efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Manage primary revenue tools including Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo, and Ringlead.
- Act as a liaison with Salesforce admins to improve CRM data, workflows, and hygiene.
- Architect and maintain automated lead routing and enrichment processes.
- Evaluate the current GTM tech stack and recommend consolidations or new tool additions.
- Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and troubleshooting for all revenue platforms.
- Support data governance through deduplication, normalization, and enrichment strategies.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar Revenue Operations or Systems role.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration (objects, flows, permissioning, and reporting).
- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining cross-system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of API-based integrations, field mapping, and error handling.
- Proven expertise in data governance, enrichment, and deduplication strategies.
- Experience with RevTech tools such as conversational intelligence, forecasting, and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
