Revenue Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day revenue operations across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance
• Maintain clean, accurate data across CRM and related business systems
• Manage lead and account assignments, ownership updates, and data audits
• Support revenue-related workflows, documentation, approvals, and internal processes
• Prepare and maintain renewal documentation, order forms, and contract-related records
• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for pipeline, renewals, and revenue performance
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
• Assist with CRM updates, user administration, and system configuration requests
• Support technology adoption and internal training for go-to-market teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on operational tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Process-driven mindset with the ability to improve workflows
• Experience supporting reporting, dashboards, and data audits
