About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a GTM subject matter expert on Revenue Operations and Deal Desk processes, best practices, and systems
- Assist the Sales Team in building non-standard or complex order forms and provide ad-hoc pricing guidance
- Educate and train Sales hires on Deal Desk operations to ensure best practices and procedures are followed
- Review deals to ensure contract terms, billing information, and pricing are accurate and aligned with CRM data
- Proactively evolve and improve processes, tools, and automation to increase Deal Desk effectiveness
- Partner with cross-functional departments to facilitate the end-to-end deal process, including structuring and approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Internship experience in Revenue Operations, Business Insights & Analytics, or Finance
- Knowledge of functional areas such as Enterprise Planning, Sales Productivity, or Sales Enablement
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong cross-group collaboration and multitasking skills in ambiguous environments
