About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Lead-to-Cash process by assisting Sales Representatives with opportunity validation, quote creation, and contracting.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Data Analytics to ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards.
  • Manage and track operational requests, including deal desk inquiries and CRM troubleshooting, to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare reports and summaries that identify trends, bottlenecks, and key focus areas within the sales process.
  • Document RevOps workflows, such as Sales Playbooks and Deal Desk protocols, to support process improvement.
  • Assist in project management for new sales tool implementations and revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Analyze data to measure the impact of new processes and tools on sales velocity and win rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a STEM field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Program Management, or a related operational role.
  • Proven experience collaborating effectively with Sales, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM, including experience with CPQ workflows and complex opportunity management.
  • Strong analytical skills using SQL, Tableau, or Google Sheets to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a Deal Desk or Sales Support capacity.
  • Familiarity with modern RevOps tools such as Marketo, Gong, Clari, or Seismic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
