Responsibilities

• Design and operate structured datasets that power the top-of-funnel engine
• Translate GTM use cases into clean data models, defining fields, keys, joins, and logic
• Work directly with Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns) to maintain lifecycle integrity
• Implement signal thresholds, inclusion/exclusion logic, and routing readiness rules
• Build structured funnel visibility covering conversion, velocity, and leakage
• Continuously refine schemas and simplify joins to reduce manual work

Requirements

• Experience in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops
• Ability to reason about CRM data models and structured datasets
• Understanding of lifecycle logic and object relationships
• Experience operationalizing workflows from data
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL skills
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
• Experience with enrichment tools
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
