Responsibilities

  • Design, automate, and continuously improve processes for sales, marketing, and customer success using AI.
  • Own HubSpot end-to-end, including workflows, custom objects, dashboards, and data hygiene.
  • Build automations and integrations across HubSpot, BigQuery, Notion, Meta Ads, Clay, HeyReach, Fathom, and n8n.
  • Ship reports and dashboards for CEO and board decisions using SQL, APIs, or custom UI.
  • Participate in deal desk and pipeline reviews to ensure revenue discipline.
  • Manage marketing and outbound operations, including paid ads, email deliverability, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Onboard new sales hires and support playbook adoption.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Ops experience with end-to-end CRM ownership (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Proven experience using AI and automation to upgrade workflows in the last 1-2 years.
  • Experience shipping production automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato.
  • Ability to write SQL and hands-on experience with modern outbound tools.
  • Experience participating in deal desk or pipeline reviews.
  • Experience onboarding sales reps and supporting playbook adoption.
