Responsibilities
- Design, automate, and continuously improve processes for sales, marketing, and customer success using AI.
- Own HubSpot end-to-end, including workflows, custom objects, dashboards, and data hygiene.
- Build automations and integrations across HubSpot, BigQuery, Notion, Meta Ads, Clay, HeyReach, Fathom, and n8n.
- Ship reports and dashboards for CEO and board decisions using SQL, APIs, or custom UI.
- Participate in deal desk and pipeline reviews to ensure revenue discipline.
- Manage marketing and outbound operations, including paid ads, email deliverability, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Onboard new sales hires and support playbook adoption.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Ops experience with end-to-end CRM ownership (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Proven experience using AI and automation to upgrade workflows in the last 1-2 years.
- Experience shipping production automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato.
- Ability to write SQL and hands-on experience with modern outbound tools.
- Experience participating in deal desk or pipeline reviews.
- Experience onboarding sales reps and supporting playbook adoption.
