Revenue Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage complete lead attribution logic within the CRM to ensure rapid assignment and follow-up.
• Design, implement, and optimize AI-assisted follow-up systems and engagement sequences.
• Act as the bridge between AI tools and revenue teams to ensure automated communications are relevant and actionable.
• Orchestrate data from multiple sources, including intent signals and contact data, to improve segmentation and AI performance.
• Automate workflows for partner certifications and co-selling opportunities to accelerate the pipeline.
• Track and report on key performance indicators such as speed-to-lead, conversion rates, and AI efficiency.
• Identify process bottlenecks and design scalable workflows to reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, or growth roles.
• Strong expertise with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management.
• Proven experience using automation and AI tools within go-to-market processes.
• Demonstrated ability to design and optimize workflows that combine automation with human execution.
• Proficiency in data analysis, segmentation, and performance metrics.
• Fluency in English is required for regular communication with global clients and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with partner ecosystems and certification/co-selling models.
• A systemic mindset focused on designing scalable processes rather than manual tasks.
