Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the regional deal desk, ensuring efficient opportunity movement through qualification, pricing, and contract execution
  • Employ MEDDPICC methodology and structured deal reviews to improve velocity and forecast reliability
  • Deliver real-time regional pipeline, opportunity, and performance deep dives to GTM leadership
  • Lead forecasting and build management reporting to improve accuracy
  • Champion the adoption of AI-powered GTM tooling, including conversational AI and AI-enabled forecasting
  • Lead regional governance cadences including deal reviews, win/loss retros, and pipeline hygiene
  • Partner with Product, Finance, and Marketing to optimize pricing, packaging, and lead conversion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce and pipeline hygiene management
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and modern GTM technology
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills to turn data into actionable narratives
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive organizational change

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Clari or comparable revenue intelligence platforms
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment management, or financial data services
  • Exposure to MEDDPICC or other structured sales qualification methodologies
