Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale workflows, systems, integrations, and governance processes for the commercial organization.
• Build CRM enrichment, deduplication, and data quality processes to improve reporting reliability.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows, including LLM-powered account summaries and signal scoring.
• Create proactive alerting systems for expansion signals, churn risk, and commercial triggers.
• Develop self-serve dashboards for account health, pipeline performance, and growth opportunities.
• Support forecasting, territory planning, and strategic business reviews.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in high-growth startups.
• Proven experience managing CRM workflows (HubSpot or Salesforce) and reporting infrastructure.
• Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Proficiency in workflow automation using APIs, low-code platforms (Zapier, Make), or scripting (Python).
• Familiarity with enrichment platforms like Apollo, SciLeads, or ZoomInfo.
• Experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude) within operational workflows is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into operational insights.
