Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline and funnel analytics, including weekly reviews and conversion analysis
- Support the forecasting process by pulling data and flagging anomalies
- Own day-to-day Salesforce operations, including lead routing and data hygiene
- Design GTM processes such as lead-to-opportunity SLAs and sales documentation
- Build GTM reports and dashboards to translate numbers into actionable decisions
- Lead cross-functional projects like territory adjustments and tool implementations
Requirements
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or similar GTM Ops roles
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and dashboard tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex, etc.)
- Hands-on Salesforce experience with reports, dashboards, and flows
- Sharp written communication skills for summarizing complex problems
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping solutions
- Collaborative and low-ego professional style
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation stacks
- Exposure to compensation plan administration or planning cycles
- Proficiency in SQL or Python beyond the basics
- Background in Vertical SaaS or legal tech
