About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership on annual and quarterly planning to translate company goals into operating plans
- Support territory design, capacity modelling, and investment allocation
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks for pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy
- Design and implement process improvements across the full lifecycle from lead to expansion
- Improve forecasting discipline and pipeline hygiene to reduce manual work
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or Consulting
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with BI tools and independent data modeling
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Highly structured working style with sharp business judgment
