About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM leadership on annual and quarterly planning to translate company goals into operating plans
  • Support territory design, capacity modelling, and investment allocation
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks for pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy
  • Design and implement process improvements across the full lifecycle from lead to expansion
  • Improve forecasting discipline and pipeline hygiene to reduce manual work
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or Consulting
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with BI tools and independent data modeling
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Highly structured working style with sharp business judgment
