About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and own operational frameworks to ensure sold revenue is delivered efficiently across brand customer offerings
- Establish definitions for campaign health, customer health, and operational performance
- Own metrics for campaign and customer delivery efficiency and margin performance
- Manage the end-to-end Sales-to-Services handoff process
- Build pipeline-to-capacity forecasting models for 30–60–90 day visibility
- Design and improve workflows moving customers from sale through delivery
- Own Salesforce data architecture and ensure system hygiene
- Partner with Services, Client Success, Sales, and Finance leaders to align metrics and processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Operations in SaaS or professional services
- Strong command of Salesforce including reporting, workflow design, and data modeling
- Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, or resource modeling
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with project management tools like Asana or Teamwork
- Experience with BI or reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Domo
- Understanding of services delivery or agency operations
