About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and own operational frameworks to ensure sold revenue is delivered efficiently across brand customer offerings
  • Establish metrics for campaign health, customer health, and operational performance
  • Own the end-to-end Sales-to-Services handoff process
  • Build pipeline-to-capacity forecasting models for 30–60–90 day visibility
  • Design and improve workflows moving customers from sale through delivery
  • Manage Salesforce data architecture to ensure visibility into customer and campaign performance
  • Partner with Services, Client Success, Sales, and Finance leaders to align metrics and processes

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Operations in SaaS or professional services
  • Strong command of Salesforce including reporting, workflow design, and data modeling
  • Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, or resource modeling
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Teamwork) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Domo)
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure in fast-growing environments
