About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM as the reliable, usable source of truth for all customer accounts
  • Define and enforce standards for data quality, including structure, naming, and required inputs
  • Build account-level insights to track product usage, engagement, and expansion potential
  • Maintain a clear pipeline structure to ensure deals are tracked with accurate stages and next steps
  • Develop simple, trusted dashboards and reporting that drive leadership decisions
  • Track champion and stakeholder engagement to identify relationship gaps and coverage risks

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Operations
  • Proven experience in a B2B environment
  • Direct experience with CRM ownership and driving data integrity
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards, workflows, and automated systems
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate messy reality into clear processes
