Revenue Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own variable pay and quota-setting across the GTM organization
• Automate compensation cycles using AI agents and agentic workflows
• Run monthly and quarterly compensation cycles, resolving discrepancies and reconciling with Finance and Payroll
• Manage the quarterly target-setting pipeline and drive approvals with leadership
• Own weekly and monthly forecast roll-ups and build pipeline dashboards
• Lead the annual compensation planning cycle and rollout

Requirements

• 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, sales compensation, or finance
• Hands-on ownership of sales compensation work
• Daily working fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, n8n, or Replit
• Proven track record of shipping at least one agentic workflow or internal automation tool
• Ability to direct AI to write SQL and validate outputs
• Cross-functional working style with Finance, Legal, and Sales leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing or improving quota-setting methodologies
• Familiarity with usage-based compensation plans
• Experience with commission management platforms
• Exposure to Salesforce data model, dbt, and BI tooling like Mode or Looker
• Experience leading an annual compensation plan redesign
