About the role
Responsibilities
- Own variable pay and quota-setting across the GTM organization
- Automate compensation cycles using AI agents and agentic workflows
- Run monthly and quarterly compensation cycles, resolving discrepancies and reconciling with Finance and Payroll
- Manage the quarterly target-setting pipeline and drive approvals with leadership
- Own weekly and monthly forecast roll-ups and build pipeline dashboards
- Lead the annual compensation planning cycle and rollout
Requirements
- 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, sales compensation, or finance
- Hands-on ownership of sales compensation work
- Daily working fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, n8n, or Replit
- Proven track record of shipping at least one agentic workflow or internal automation tool
- Ability to direct AI to write SQL and validate outputs
- Cross-functional working style with Finance, Legal, and Sales leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing or improving quota-setting methodologies
- Familiarity with usage-based compensation plans
- Experience with commission management platforms
- Exposure to Salesforce data model, dbt, and BI tooling like Mode or Looker
- Experience leading an annual compensation plan redesign
