Revenue Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance operational excellence
• Define, develop, and implement scalable sales, marketing, and student success support systems
• Improve existing workflows and educate teams on process changes and system updates
• Ensure data accuracy within HubSpot CRM
• Lead attribution infrastructure including UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and Ad platforms
• Integrate platforms such as GTM, GA4, and HubSpot with third-party tools
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to facilitate quick decision-making
• Write and maintain documentation for operational processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business, Sales, or Success Operations
• Solid functional understanding of HubSpot CRM, including reporting and dashboards
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience working in a startup environment, ideally with teams under 50 employees
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work 5 days a week in-office in Gramercy, NYC
