Revenue Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of post-sale processes, including customer launch and support
• Review launch performance data to identify and resolve delays in customer time-to-value
• Diagnose regional support escalation spikes and drive global fixes
• Design process improvements for handovers between sales and launch teams
• Drive adoption and governance of operational tooling across global teams
• Build reporting to provide visibility into launch and support performance
• Partner with Product Managers to align operational processes with product changes
• Utilize AI tools to reduce manual effort and accelerate customer team operations

Requirements

• Experience in customer operations, customer experience, onboarding, or implementation
• Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to design for scalability
• Data-driven approach to diagnosing problems and tracking metrics
• Ability to influence without authority across global, cross-functional teams
• Clear understanding of the distinction between operational processes and product development
• Proficiency in using AI as a core productivity tool

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer operations, support ops, or onboarding ops within a scaling company
• Experience managing or governing operational tooling across distributed teams
• Background in ag-tech, SaaS, or hardware-led businesses
• Experience operating in a global or multi-market environment
