Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic steward of the revenue technology stack, including Salesforce, Pardot, DealHub, Gong, and Zapier
  • Design and optimize sales and customer lifecycle workflows and lead routing logic
  • Lead RevOps automation strategy and AI-enabled productivity initiatives, including Salesforce and Claude integrations
  • Own the integrity and reliability of revenue data, including pipeline quality and forecast hygiene
  • Build executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting
  • Drive funnel optimization and implement automation to reduce manual effort
  • Act as a strategic operational partner to the executive team by surfacing pipeline risks and providing actionable analytics

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related field
  • Strong Salesforce expertise in process design, workflow automation, and reporting
  • Experience managing complex revenue technology ecosystems and integrations
  • Deep understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and territory design
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with DealHub, Gong, Pardot, or ChurnZero
  • Experience designing and deploying AI-enabled business processes
  • Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, AI agents, or prompt engineering
  • Experience supporting executive leadership with operational planning
