Responsibilities
- Own and drive key revenue operations initiatives, including systems, reporting, forecasting, process optimization, territories, and compensation
- Own and optimize the Salesforce instance and broader GTM tech stack
- Reimagine Rev Ops for the AI era, translating vision into scalable systems and strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and the C-suite
- Attract, build, and mentor a high-performing RevOps team
Requirements
- 4+ years of Revenue Operations or related Operations experience at a fast-growth venture-backed SaaS startup
- Strong understanding of Rev Ops best practices
- Highly analytical mindset with SQL knowledge being a plus
- Hands-on experience managing a modern SaaS tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, etc.)
- Proven experience partnering with Sales teams and presenting to C-suite executives
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity
