Revenue Operations Manager

Creatify is building the world’s first end-to-end AI advertising agent—a platform that automates the entire video ad lifecycle. We have raised $24M in funding from leading Silicon Valley firms and serve leading brands like HubSpot and Binance.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts receivable end-to-end including invoice generation, payment collection, and overdue tracking
• Manage Stripe and billing system reconciliation
• Calculate and process monthly and quarterly commission payouts for sales and partner teams
• Own HubSpot end-to-end including data hygiene, workflows, automations, and full funnel reporting
• Manage lead routing, PQL triggers, and SDR/AE handoff workflows
• Build performance dashboards tracking quota attainment and pipeline coverage
• Produce monthly SLG revenue metrics reports including ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, and expansion
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and end-of-quarter reporting
• Serve as the operational bridge across sales, marketing, and customer success

Requirements

• 3+ years in a RevOps, Sales Ops, BizOps, or SaaS finance role
• HubSpot power user with experience building workflows and automations from scratch
• High attention to detail regarding data accuracy and financial calculations
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate independently
• Startup experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, billing operations, or commission management
• Direct experience with Stripe or similar billing/payment systems
• Experience with sales engagement tools like Zoominfo and data enrichment tools
