Revenue Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated RevOps partner to the Startups revenue org, supporting both the Partnerships and AE teams
• Partner with GTM Leaders to improve strategy, coverage models, operating rhythms, and incentive compensation structures
• Manage a broad and shifting set of priorities independently to drive maximum impact
• Collaborate with enablement, data, finance, systems, and marketing teams to implement improvements
• Own reporting and analysis for forecast, pipeline, sales capacity, rep productivity, territory carving, and variable compensation
• Identify and execute operational projects to drive revenue growth or improve GTM efficiency
• Report on projects and team performance to senior leadership with clear business narratives
• Drive the annual planning process in coordination with finance and business partners
• Monitor and improve ROE to drive operational efficiency

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, or business operations
• Experience in Fintech or SaaS industries preferred
• Experience supporting multiple GTM teams such as Partnerships and closing roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in ambiguous, high-growth environments
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and other GTM systems
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in office 3x per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
