Responsibilities
- Manage deal desk and commercial operations, including structuring non-standard deals and managing approval workflows
- Support sales planning, strategy, quota setting, and headcount modeling
- Oversee compensation management, including design, administration, and audit of sales plans
- Integrate AI into revenue motions to automate workflows and synthesize pipeline risk
- Manage pipeline and territory design, account assignments, and routing logic in Salesforce
- Partner with Customer Success to track and improve gross and net revenue retention
- Drive performance analytics by building dashboards and delivering actionable insights
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience supporting a quota-carrying sales team
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, Clay, and LeadIQ
- Experience using AI tools like Claude for analysis and automation
- Strong data-driven mindset and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Salesforce admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience
