About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as operational partner to Business Development leadership to drive metrics and enable teammates
- Own top-of-funnel conversion from lead to qualified target to deliver a consistent pipeline
- Design and implement HubSpot improvements including pipeline definitions, attribution, workflows, and automations
- Build individual and team-level reports and dashboards to surface KPI performance and trends
- Lead selection, integration, and onboarding for GTM tools to drive conversion and volume
- Own lifecycle marketing to referral partners and current owners to nurture partnerships
- Maintain and improve the integration layer between GTM tools and CRM to ensure data hygiene
Requirements
- 6+ years in a dedicated Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role
- Track record of supporting high-velocity outbound sales
- Deep hands-on experience with GTM stacks including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or Instantly
- Strong command of HubSpot workflows, automations, custom objects, and reporting
- Experience leading lifecycle and email marketing initiatives
- Analytical mindset focused on funnel metrics like open rates, reply rates, and cost per opportunity
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Past experience at a sales-driven company serving the SMB market
- Working knowledge of financial concepts or M&A expertise
