About the Company

Team Granola is building tools that help humans think and work better. What began as an AI notepad for back-to-back meetings has become a shared team workspace and second brain, used by top companies like Vercel, Cursor, Lovable, and Decagon.

Responsibilities

  • Own key GTM processes by designing, building, and iterating on operational workflows.
  • Act as the key operational partner to Sales leadership to drive revenue and surface performance insights.
  • Define ICP and segmentation through data-driven analysis to inform prioritization.
  • Lead territory and quota planning in partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Drive revenue performance by identifying and fixing funnel bottlenecks.
  • Own sales performance reporting, forecasting, and CRM integrity.
  • Enable Sales through tooling and partner with GTM Engineering to shape AI and software improvements.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or similar sales support roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and improving sales processes to drive revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling such as Attio, Apollo, and Clay.
  • Experience with AI, automation, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills regarding pipeline data and forecasting.
  • Ability to work in-person in the San Francisco office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working collaboratively across different time zones.
  • A builder mindset with a focus on creating systems from scratch.
