About the role
About the Company
Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.
Responsibilities
- Own Forus' HubSpot architecture end to end, including objects, properties, workflows, and data integrity
- Build reporting and dashboards to serve as the company's source of truth for pipeline health and forecast accuracy
- Develop models, inputs, and targets for quarterly and annual GTM planning cycles
- Maintain data discipline, including account and opportunity hygiene and ICP segmentation
- Synthesize trends, risks, and gaps into clear recommendations for company leadership
- Drive adoption of the provider network and GTM tooling stack across reps and managers
Requirements
- 3–8 years in revenue operations, sales strategy, or business operations
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong, hands-on HubSpot architecture and management experience
- Deep comfort with data, Excel/Sheets, and SQL or BigQuery
- Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience standing up RevOps systems and processes from scratch at an early-stage or hyper-scaling company
