Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the revenue operating system including pipeline management, forecasting, and territory design
- Build and maintain a best-in-class GTM tech stack including Salesforce and analytics layers
- Design and optimize core sales processes from lead routing to deal progression
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to translate strategy into execution
- Drive forecasting rigor and establish reporting frameworks for leadership
- Analyze funnel performance across the customer journey to identify bottlenecks
- Develop dashboards for visibility into pipeline health and conversion rates
- Own compensation planning and incentive design
- Lead territory planning and account segmentation
- Introduce automation and scalable best practices across global operations
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or infrastructure companies
- Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels and forecasting methodologies
- Strong systems expertise in Salesforce and adjacent tools
- Analytical mindset with experience building models
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams
- High ownership and ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or web3 companies
- Familiarity with modern GTM tooling such as Pocus, Clay, dbt, or Looker
- Experience supporting global sales teams
- Background in compensation design and territory modeling
