About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day administrator for the GTM tech stack, including Gong, Apollo.io, Clay, and Outreach
- Manage configuration, permissions, workflows, user management, and routine maintenance for third-party tools
- Build and maintain integrations, automations, and data flows across the GTM stack, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
- Support user adoption by building enablement materials, running training sessions, and tracking adoption metrics
- Monitor data quality, license utilization, and feature adoption to identify optimization opportunities
- Maintain detailed documentation, process guides, and a source of truth for tool configurations
- Scope incoming requests and provide structured requirements to BI and IT/Systems teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience required
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Systems in a B2B SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Hands-on experience administering revenue tech tools such as Gong, Apollo.io, Clay, Outreach, or Salesloft
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Windows environments
- Basic SQL knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with APIs and webhooks
- Exposure to iPaaS tools such as Workato, Tray, or Zapier
