About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day administrator for the GTM tech stack, including Gong, Apollo.io, Clay, and Outreach
  • Manage configuration, permissions, workflows, user management, and routine maintenance for third-party tools
  • Build and maintain integrations, automations, and data flows across the GTM stack, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
  • Support user adoption by building enablement materials, running training sessions, and tracking adoption metrics
  • Monitor data quality, license utilization, and feature adoption to identify optimization opportunities
  • Maintain detailed documentation, process guides, and a source of truth for tool configurations
  • Scope incoming requests and provide structured requirements to BI and IT/Systems teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience required
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent
  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Systems in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience administering revenue tech tools such as Gong, Apollo.io, Clay, Outreach, or Salesloft
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Windows environments
  • Basic SQL knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with APIs and webhooks
  • Exposure to iPaaS tools such as Workato, Tray, or Zapier
