Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline and deal operations, including forecasting, hygiene, and conversion analysis across the full funnel
- Maintain target account lists and translate ICP into actionable targeting for reps and partners
- Run forecast operations to track actuals against targets and surface risks early
- Perform capacity planning, including rep productivity, territory balancing, and resource allocation
- Analyze per-rep performance, including deal velocity, conversion rates, and win/loss trends
- Design sales processes and stage gating in collaboration with sales leadership
- Execute special projects such as partner strategy, spiff programs, and business cases for new GTM motions
Requirements
- 3-6 years in revenue operations, sales operations, strategy, or GTM operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Extremely quantitative and analytical mindset with ability to present insights to leadership
- Deep CRM expertise in HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience using AI agents or automation tools in a professional capacity
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment
- Background in investment banking or consulting is highly preferred
