Revenue Operations Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes to support the Technical Success team throughout the customer lifecycle
• Work with technical teams to ensure scalable and efficient operational processes
• Define and track KPIs and maintain dashboards for actionable insights
• Manage capacity and coverage strategy for the Technical Success team
• Partner with data teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy for reporting
• Lead strategic analyses and cross-functional projects to optimize processes

• Experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional project management skills for complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Understanding of the AI landscape and its applications
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously
• High capacity for context switching and ruthless prioritization
