Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and improve processes for Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams
• Partner with GTM leaders to identify process gaps and translate needs into technical solutions
• Maintain critical systems across the tech stack and ensure data integrity (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Own systems support for in-flight deals and manage complex deal structure creation
• Help design and execute a deal desk motion to satisfy stakeholder approval
• Manage sales requests and drive adoption of new capabilities

Requirements

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Salesforce at a high-growth SaaS/AI company, investment banking, or top-tier management consulting
• Analytical background with strong attention to detail (e.g., accounting or finance roles)
• Proficiency querying data with SQL
• Experience working with Sales teams and understanding key processes
• Ability to prioritize effectively in an unstructured environment
• Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week
