About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver data-driven insights to help leadership and go-to-market teams make informed decisions
- Act as a key business partner to the North America Sales team by tracking and reporting on revenue and pipeline metrics
- Maintain and improve CRM data quality and reporting structures to ensure accurate visibility
- Support forecasting and pipeline management processes in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success
- Evaluate go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and commercial programs using performance analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Consulting, or Data Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for uncovering insights from data
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate, reliable data
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings in a simple, structured way
- Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to improving processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- Background working within SaaS companies or supporting Go-To-Market teams
