Revenue Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly sales performance reporting covering pipeline, attainment, and pacing
• Build and maintain executive OKR and revenue dashboards across the full GTM funnel
• Conduct marketing funnel analytics, campaign ROI measurement, and territory design
• Partner with Customer Success on customer lifecycle, retention, and expansion analytics
• Facilitate the forecasting process across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
• Champion data quality, governance, and KPI consistency across revenue systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics work to commercial priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in revenue, sales, marketing, or finance operations
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of B2B GTM and revenue metrics
• Proficiency with Salesforce reporting; experience with Marketo or Gong is a plus
• Strong command of SQL and experience querying large datasets in Snowflake or BigQuery
• Ability to build intuitive dashboards and compelling visualizations
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data for senior stakeholders
