Revenue Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across the deal lifecycle by partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product teams
• Manage the end-to-end quote-to-close process, including deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract terms
• Draft and manage customer contracts, such as order forms, addendums, and renewals
• Review and approve non-standard deal requests to ensure alignment with internal policies and revenue guidelines
• Maintain accurate deal data in CRM systems to generate insights for forecasting and sales efficiency
• Develop and optimize deal approval workflows to increase sales velocity and streamline quote-to-cash processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role
• Proficiency with Salesforce and contract management tools
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing structures, and revenue recognition principles
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
