Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and document end-to-end commercial processes.
• Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards used daily by management and operational teams.
• Define and oversee sales metrics and KPIs, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Analyze commercial performance to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable levers.
• Support the design, simulation, and monitoring of incentive plans for bookers and sellers.
• Contribute to the planning and measurement of pricing logic and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or consulting roles.
• Solid proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of commercial process logic and sales metrics.
• Strong critical thinking and business curiosity.
• Ability to synthesize complex analyses into actionable conclusions for management.
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• SQL and Python knowledge is a plus.
