Revenue Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RPM program workflows, including tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of revenue billing and insurance operations.
• Manage billing cycles, revenue reconciliation, and invoice accuracy across customer accounts.
• Coordinate with insurance partners and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely claims, authorizations, and reimbursements.
• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards to track key RPM metrics such as collection rates, denial rates, and billing cycle time using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Extract and manipulate large datasets to identify revenue leakages and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with US payer guidelines, billing codes, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, billing, insurance operations, or business/data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and advanced analytics.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with BI tools.
• Familiarity with US Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) concepts.
• Experience working with modern billing platforms, CRM systems, or practice management systems.
• Extreme ownership mentality with the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding complex financial data reconciliation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with US insurance claims processing, payer contracting, or prior authorizations.
• Background in health tech, insurance tech, or other highly regulated healthcare industries.
• Experience building operational processes and data pipelines from scratch in an early-stage company.
• Knowledge of denial management and appeals workflows.
