Revenue Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist sales teams in the creation, review, and processing of customer contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the mapping of closed-won opportunities to revenue recognition to align sales data with finance systems.
• Oversee subscription data, including renewals, upgrades, and churn, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Maintain Salesforce data hygiene through regular audits to ensure high quality for reporting and forecasting.
• Audit existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to re-engineer processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in operations, finance, or a related area.
• Exposure to the quote-to-cash process.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Experience working at a SaaS or technology-focused company.
• A strong interest in process automation and operational excellence.
