Revenue Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and administer HubSpot across sales and marketing functions
• Onboard and train new sales team members within HubSpot
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and reporting
• Maintain CRM data hygiene, accuracy, and operational integrity
• Build and launch landing pages for campaigns, outbound initiatives, and partnerships
• Collaborate with leadership to iterate on landing pages, messaging, and lead flows
• Support lead generation through forms, email nurture flows, and tracking infrastructure
• Manage marketing attribution, conversion tracking, pixels, and CRM analytics
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams
• Build scrappy solutions to unblock growth and establish best practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HubSpot, RevOps, GTM Systems, or Marketing Operations
• Deep hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows, automations, and reporting
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, lead generation, and attribution
• Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in fast-moving environments
• Ability to work in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
