About the role
Responsibilities
- Define yield strategy in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize asset yield
- Analyze market data to understand competitive and strategic market positioning
- Implement and monitor pricing strategies using proprietary Business Intelligence platforms
- Communicate performance updates, opportunities, and risks to stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day revenue management including forecasting, pricing, and reporting
- Lead the annual revenue planning process for assigned communities
- Identify and scale process improvements and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, or adjacent areas
- Experience in student housing, multifamily, or hospitality preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with revenue management software
