About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define yield strategy in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize asset yield
  • Analyze market data to understand competitive and strategic market positioning
  • Implement and monitor pricing strategies using proprietary Business Intelligence platforms
  • Communicate performance updates, opportunities, and risks to stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day revenue management including forecasting, pricing, and reporting
  • Lead the annual revenue planning process for assigned communities
  • Identify and scale process improvements and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, or adjacent areas
  • Experience in student housing, multifamily, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills for conveying complex information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with revenue management software
