Revenue Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the revenue management department and handle reservations and meeting & events enquiries
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue based on key metrics and tracking tools
• Manage the departmental team life cycle, fostering growth and performance
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Scrutinize business performance and provide recommendations to drive financial results
• Ensure adherence to all legislation and due diligence for internal and external audits

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Revenue management
• National academic qualifications
• Very good command of written and spoken English
