Revenue Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and update dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR
• Analyze performance and prepare accurate revenue and occupancy forecasts
• Manage room distribution and pricing across OTAs and direct channels
• Monitor market trends and competitors using benchmarking tools
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align revenue and occupancy goals
• Analyze customer segments and optimize market mix
• Manage RMS, PMS, and Channel Manager systems effectively
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management
• Support efforts to increase direct bookings and reduce reliance on intermediaries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contracted rates

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel revenue management
• Strong knowledge of RMS, PMS, and analytics tools
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in English
