About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage hotel rates based on availability and market scenarios according to established strategy
- Support hotel management in defining revenue optimization strategies including client mix, dynamic pricing, and minimum stay
- Analyze hotel performance metrics such as occupancy and RevPAR to update strategies
- Monitor market and competition performance and customer behavior
- Manage daily demand forecasting and make decisions for revenue optimization regarding inventory and channel distribution
- Ensure RM strategies are implemented by reservation and welcome desk teams
- Implement "RM Culture" through weekly Yield meetings and regular team training
- Monitor group blocks to adjust room availability for individual sales
- Plan and monitor the annual corporate pricing and contracting process (RFP)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hotel Management, Tourism, Economics, or Accounting
- Intermediate English
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of mathematics and statistics
- Knowledge of the hotel market
- Solid experience in Revenue Management
- Knowledge of distribution channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Business, Management, Strategy, or Projects
- Advanced knowledge in Planning and Pricing Management
- Advanced operation of Opera (PMS)
- Knowledge of macro and microeconomics
