About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue, total hotel profitability, and market share in Riyadh.
  • Drive dynamic pricing strategies based on demand patterns, seasonality, and market trends.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts and participate in the annual budgeting process.
  • Oversee and optimize all distribution channels, including OTA, direct, GDS, corporate, and wholesale segments.
  • Manage and mentor the Reservations Manager and team to ensure alignment with yielding strategies and luxury service standards.
  • Drive Total Revenue Management initiatives by collaborating with F&B, Spa, and Ancillary departments to optimize TrevPAR.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance using STR reports and market intelligence platforms.
  • Deliver regular revenue performance reports to the General Manager and regional leadership, monitoring KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, and Occupancy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in revenue management, yield management, and pricing strategy.
  • Deep working knowledge of Accor Distribution Systems, including TARS, Opera PMS, and IDeaS RMS.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven leadership experience managing both Revenue and Reservations functions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury hospitality market.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Hospitality, Business, or Finance.
  • Familiarity with Restaurant Revenue Management (RRM) principles and F&B reservation platforms.
  • Experience with Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty programs.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian hospitality market and regional business practices.
