Revenue Management Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide revenue management systems support for Deal Manager and Custom Pricing Process workflows
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design and develop new features and enhancements
• Create training materials for Sales and Pricing users regarding application updates, fixes, and enhancements
• Host office hours for users to focus on best practices for application usage
• Partner across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Revenue Management, and IT to translate business objectives into technical enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Pricing, or Revenue Management
• Strong data mining skills (Data Warehouse, CDP)
• Knowledge of rate design, pricing strategy, and monetization levers
• Ability to solve complex problems with high attention to detail
• Understanding of customer and segment-based pricing strategies
