ELEGANCIA is a key player in lifestyle hospitality in Paris, with a portfolio of 15 unique 3 and 4-star hotels. The company imagines, designs, and manages hotel projects from conception to launch, focusing on bold design and premium services.
Responsibilities
- Define and deploy a global revenue and sales strategy to maximize RevPAR, turnover, and margin
- Define global pricing strategies including pricing, yield, and segmentation
- Supervise forecasts, budgets, and action plans
- Manage and develop a team of 2 Revenue Managers and 1 Sales professional
- Define commercial strategies for B2B, corporate, groups, and MICE segments
- Supervise distribution strategies across OTAs, direct channels, and partners
- Collaborate with General Management and marketing teams to align revenue and sales strategies
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in hotel Revenue Management
- Proven potential in team management
- Strong mastery of Revenue Management (pricing, forecasting, distribution)
- Global business vision
- Leadership skills and ability to unite teams
- Excellent data analysis and rapid decision-making capabilities
