Revenue & GTM Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Pilot the Group's Revenue & GTM performance by analyzing key KPIs including topline, margin, pricing, and profitability
• Produce forecasts, business plans, and strategic analyses to support Sales, Product, and Top Management decision-making
• Manage deal desk processes to ensure economic consistency, pricing discipline, and offer profitability for strategic accounts
• Act as a Finance lead for business departments, coordinating various finance expertise to ensure reliable and impactful analysis
• Drive continuous improvement by automating reporting and evolving BI/data tools to enhance analysis speed and granularity

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in finance, FP&A, performance management, controlling, or finance business partnering
• Proven expertise in controlling, performance analysis, and P&L management
• Strong understanding of Revenue, GTM, and pricing strategies
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI/Data visualization tools
• Excellent financial storytelling, synthesis, and analytical capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a tech, cloud, or SaaS environment
• Experience in industries with complex economic models such as telecoms or digital services platforms
